Step 1 - Identify problems

The first step is to identify the basic problem. Often the problem is not where you think it is.

You don't have a problem? Also good, but everyone has potential for improvement, right?

Step 2 - Generate new ideas

Tell us how you can solve your problems and those of your customers. You can't? That's no wonder, because if you knew the solution, you would probably have solved the problems long ago.

In our workshop we analyse your problems as well as those of your customers. The focus is clearly on generating ideas and not on finding effective solutions to problems.

Step 3 - Deepen ideas

You will see, soon there will be many different possible solutions on the table and you don't even know where to start. But only a few ideas are so well thought out that they are feasible - they don't have to be yet.

Together we deepen the basic idea behind the different solutions. We think about how these can be implemented and which ideas you can use to consolidate your business model.

Step 4 - Select ideas

Which idea do you want to put into practice? Which solution suits your company?
The last step in the ideation process answers exactly these questions so that you are best prepared for the implementation.
